- 1. Required Documentation: For deliveries to northern states, a copy of the Aadhaar card is mandatory for quick dispatch.
- 2. Accurate Contact Information: Ensure your contact number and email address are correct during registration. We are not responsible for shipping issues due to incorrect information.
- 3. Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock during packing, we will upgrade and replace it with a similar product.
- 4. Delivery Delays: Shipments may be delayed during festive seasons.
- 5. Shipping Updates: Follow the updates sent via SMS and email. Open the links provided to access your Lorry Receipt.
- 6. Transporter Contact: For delivery details and locations, contact the transporter using the number provided in your Lorry Receipt.
- 7. Issues with Transporter: Report any emergencies or misconduct by the transporter immediately via WhatsApp at +91 7695856790.
- 8. Product Variability: Products and brands may vary based on market availability.
- 9. Order and Lorry Receipt Numbers: These numbers are different; the Lorry Receipt number is found only on the receipt itself.
Collection Points
Goods can be collected from the transporter's godown or lorry sheds. We will provide the transporter's name, local contact number, and waybill number via SMS or email within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Dispatch Process
All confirmed orders paid in full by 12 Noon each day are dispatched the same day from our central godown in Sivakasi. The logistics partner will provide an "LR Copy" upon receipt of goods. All goods are shipped on a "paid" basis, with freight charges covered by the customer before delivery.
Order Status
Orders are processed within 24-36 hours. You can check your order status after this period. Dispatch details can be confirmed via the LR Copy sent to your registered email/SMS or by contacting us via WhatsApp at

Delivery Charges and Times
Delivery charges vary by destination. Please refer to our delivery chart for specific details. Generally, orders received and paid before 12 Noon are dispatched the same day. Delivery times depend on the distance from our warehouse in Sivakasi.
Shipping Duration
Goods are shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled. Contact our customer care via WhatsApp at +91 7695856790 to cancel an order before it is dispatched.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if we are unable to dispatch the goods. Expect the refund within 10 working days via the original mode of payment.
International Deliveries
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, but the delivery address must be within India.
