Early Bird Cancellation (Before Packaging)

If you need to cancel your order before we've started packaging your fireworks, you'll receive a 95% refund of the total amount. This allows us to reallocate stock efficiently.

Post-Packaging Cancellation

Should you cancel after your crackers have been carefully packed, a 90% refund will be issued. At this stage, our team has already invested time and materials into preparing your order.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your exciting package of crackers has left our facility and is on its way to the parcel office, a 60% refund will be provided. Logistics and transportation costs are incurred once dispatch begins.

Cancellation Upon Arrival at Pickup Point

If you choose to cancel your order after it has arrived at your selected parcel office for pickup, a 50% refund will be processed. This covers the full logistics journey and handling at the destination.

Proof Required for Returns

To initiate any return, we require clear photographic and video evidence of the product's condition and any damage. This helps us understand the issue and improve our service.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning the product to our designated return facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition matches the reported issue, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Delivery & Payment Information

No Cash on Delivery or Home Delivery

Due to the nature of our products and Supreme Court orders, we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) or direct home delivery. All parcels must be picked up from your selected parcel office.

Advance Payment Only

All payments for your cracker order must be made in advance through secure digital methods like GPay, PhonePe, or Net Banking. This ensures a streamlined and secure transaction process.

Delivery Timeline

Expect your cracker package to arrive at your chosen pickup location within 5-7 days after your order confirmation.

SMS Notifications for Parcel Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed! You'll receive an SMS notification when your parcel is dispatched from our facility and another SMS notification when it successfully reaches your designated parcel office for pickup.

Critical Warning

Do not accept delivery of damaged parcels. Always inspect your package before accepting it at the parcel office.
