Should you cancel after your crackers have been carefully packed, a 90% refund will be issued. At this stage, our team has already invested time and materials into preparing your order.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your exciting package of crackers has left our facility and is on its way to the parcel office, a 60% refund will be provided. Logistics and transportation costs are incurred once dispatch begins.

Cancellation Upon Arrival at Pickup Point

If you choose to cancel your order after it has arrived at your selected parcel office for pickup, a 50% refund will be processed. This covers the full logistics journey and handling at the destination.
